  • Most of the techs I have dealt with in person seem pretty nice so I give them kudos for that. Otherwise I hate them. When I moved they cancelled my installation appointment for no reason & I had to wait 10 days after I moved for them to transfer my service. One of my "professionally installed" HD boxes has to be rebooted every time it is off for more than an hour or two. My monthly bill went up by $26 without notice for now reason, I guess my "new customer" discount ended after 20+ years, I called them & they said if I didn't watch sports they could fix that, but of course they removed several non-sports channels too. Now they are blocking emails from senders that I have not blocked. Whatever. I wish there was a different provider in my area.
