  • After calling Mr. Pools on April 30th to schedule my pool opening they told me that a scheduler would call me. Called back on May 10 th because no one called. Bob Jr. says he will put ASAP on the message to the scheduler, and if I did not hear anything in a couple of days to call back, so I did today. Now he says that he's done all he can do! Really, you are the owner, and that's the only answer you can come up with? Total incompetence.
