  • Aundra is unquestionably the best stylist I've ever seen in Charlotte. I've here for almost 20 years, and this is the first time I've felt like a stylist actually cared to hear my concerns thoroughly, and questioned me about them! She took the time to get to know me, my concerns about my hair, and past experiences. She is so friendly and incredibly meticulous. She strives to be the best and definitely succeeds at that! I came in with a serious (2+ months of regrowth) retouch and a much-needed cut. She spent time with me matching the color...and then when she discovered the inconsistencies in color underneath, immediately adapted and sent me off with a beautiful, glossy solid color!! I'm so looking forward to next month, adding highlights for the summer. Thank you again, Aundra - excellent service and experience!!! :)
