  • At first impression , This place looks nice, newly renovated and has a fair amount of selection, Although most of their frames have a very similar shape, and not enough variety! For my taste. I was told by the employee to change my shape, but I like what I like. And don't generally lean towards 'what everyone else likes'. As some other places, Everything is locked up, and behind glass, so you would have to ask for help on every single pair of glasses you'd like to see or try, and what I found odd; is they don't allow you to reach towards the glasses or touch them! Unless they are handed to you, and only one at a time. Basically they ask you to stay away from them. It felt very awkward and uncomfortable to be treated like a possible criminal due others' past mistakes... As mentioned by the sales person when asked why they are behaving so paranoid, and untrusting. I personally found that very rude and frustrating, after trying a few pairs on I just had to leave. All stores allow you to try On As many pairs as you like, and don't generally hide each pair and pass you a pair one at a time, and majority that I've visited are not locked up behind locks and glass. On such a level of security, Or paranoia. Most places unlike this one make them accessible, even the high end pairs. I did not appreciate the treatment what so ever. When A customer plans to spend anywhere between $500-$1k on a pair or 2 (which is the average cost of a frame and lenses, I prefer to be treated with respect!! And not Pressured for my prescription up front and so on. Along with everything else. Shame, I wasted my time driving all the way here. When leaving I said thank you and good luck, the sales person relief with, 'no good luck to you' Not a very classy place in my opinion. From first impression to the last. Cheers!
