I don't know what all the hoopla is about this place. I'm pretty particular about my BBQ having grown up in Dallas; so I'm partial to NE Texas BBQ, and this ain't it. I suppose it appeals to a broad spectrum of diners which is what it takes to fill a restaurant. Recent visit had the brisket, chicken and links. Brisket was ok, chicken-ok, link not very good. The mac and cheese was stellar, rest of the sides were mediocre. The doughnuts at the end of the meal is a very nice touch. A little pricey for a BBQ joint.
