  • I am giving this place one star because: the place is absolutely dreadful to find, as there is no sign above the business. 2. I think that prior to making the appointment they need to tell the owners how long it will take. 3. Parking is AWFUL!!!!!!! 4. Came there in two hours....they added 1hr and 15 minutes to it. I picked my dog up and she looked completely different. I literally started crying and left so quickly. I had really high hopes for this place b/c of the yelp reviews but there is NO way I'm coming back. I've attached before and after photos of the same day..
