  • They are friendly but have no problem with lying straight to your face to cover up any problems. Been a customer for years with two hondas and have had no real complaints until this year. Last year of May spent around $3180 for full service with many repairs/replacements on a 2004 accord. In hindsight, I probably should have just traded in. Soon after, I sometimes would notice a strange sound coming from what I thought were the brakes while I would be driving. Stopped by the dealership and asked them what it could possibly be and the guy said it sounded like it could be the emergency brake since that was probably not touched after I noted that I was recently in there with the $3180 spent on everything. I later made an appointment but then canceled mostly because I felt like it wasn't urgent. However, then it was noticed that when sitting down on the passenger side there was a direct and immediate sound coming from the right rear. Finally, decided that I should go through the process of getting service again in late April. Evelyn explained to me that the inner pad of the brake was uneven and one side was worn down to the metal due to a pin sticking. I asked for a cause which she says was mostly just an unfortunate event. She claimed that they never touched the brakes during the last repair after I brought it up as the cause. I then asked for a copy of the report which plainly states that the rear brakes were cleaned and adjusted which she responds that the rear brakes = emergency brake on the report. Later, I speak to the manager Alex, who also uses the same defense as Evelyn. After much disappointment and going through all the evidence, along with the fact of the car only being driven around 3k miles after service less than a year ago, he comes to the same conclusion as me. Everything is eventually resolved and I will really have to think about coming back, but after speaking to Alex I am glad that we were able to come to a semi-quick resolution.
