  • I have received the Babydoll Lash Lift in other locations and was thrilled to book it so close to home as I normally go to Ballantyne to receive services. Halle was very sweet and gentle. She did not wash her hands before beginning my service and that's of great concern considering we are talking about my eyes! She has posters on the wall for Babydoll Lash Lift but in the first 2 minutes of my procedure I could tell that what she was performing was NOTHING like the Lash Lift I have had in the past. First, there was no consent form, then no hand washing. Then.. Instead of using the silicone pads to LIFT the lashes, she actually permed them with a rod. She removed the solution too soon and REAPPLIED it without talking to me about what was going on. When she was finally done they looked exactly the same as they did when I walked in and she said "I didn't leave it on long enough, can you come back later?" as her next appointment haunted the halls waiting for her. WHEN I STOOD UP AND LOOKED AT HER CART I COULD SEE THAT SHE WAS USING OFF BRAND DINGY LOOKING BOTTLES OF GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT AND DIRTY USED LASH PERM RODS OUT OF A FILTHY BOX OF OTHER RANDOM CRAP. ON. MY. EYES.
