  • as a first responder, I'm up allllll night for my 12hr shifts. Also, this smith's just so happens to advertise OPEN 24 HOURS around the whole vicinity, only that isn't the case. As I was walking up, there was a group of employees in front of the door all smoking, not my place to judge but it was definitely unprofessional and someone who I believe was the manager...I could be wrong, yelled at me that the store was closed. He YELLED AT ME, I honestly couldn't believe it. We could have just had a normal conversation but apparently he wasn't capable of doing that. I will not be going back to this location again because I didn't even have to walk in to know how horribly these people treat their customers.
