  • My husband and I bought our first home last year. We bought a home warranty but quickly learned that the companies contracted by the warranty company are pretty sketchy. When a contractor came out and told us our repair was going to cost over $600 (even with the warranty coverage!) we decided to shop around and contacted Penguin Air based on a friend's recommendation. I cannot express enough how impressed I am by the service I received, and not just because they ended up saving me nearly $300! The technicians are exceedingly professional and clearly they're not just after what's in my wallet. When working with Penguin Air I really felt like they were offering me solutions and they even recommended some basic maintenance tips that we weren't aware of as new homeowners. They are so much more than "fix it" guys-- they really seem to have our best interests in mind. It goes without saying that our unit is working like a charm now! I hope I don't need any more service on my unit for a long time, but when I do I will definitely use Penguin Air again.
