  • About 9 months ago I met Steve, who came on an emergency basis to get out a hot chocolate stain on my brand new carpet. He was thoughtful and kind about the whole disaster, and I was shocked that he was able to get the stain out. He had helpful suggestions for what cleaner to have on hand for small spots, and I appreciated his advice. Just yesterday I had him clean my carpets and he re-sealed them against stains. He arrived exactly on time in a spotless truck, with a professional attitude. It is a pleasure to find a business owner who is friendly, professional, and experienced. He will be on my list for years to come. A definite thumbs up.
