  • I'm surprised to see low stars here. I really enjoy living here and I have lived in many apartment complexes from Scottsdale to Tempe to mesa. Aventerra is clean. The office is always own way more hours than anywhere else I've lived and always nice and helpful. Maintenance is on top of things. I've been here since September. Upon Move-in I called them to fix my fridge making a crazy loud ringing sound, my a/c vent stuck closed, my toilet, and a smell in my washing machine. They were here within minutes to a few days and completely fixed each issue immediately. I love it and don't plan on moving out ever unless there are any unforeseen circumstances. People are friendly, tons of dogs with minimal dog poop on the property, and it is so quiet and peaceful here. I will say though that I live on the second floor so I don't know what it's like regarding noise on the ground level, but I never hear my neighbor next door to me ever.
