Well Chas. Roberts did again today. I was scheduled to have my indoor fan motor replaced after noon today. After waiting until 3 PM with no call, the dispatcher called and said after waiting over a week for the motor to be ordered, they have the wrong motor and I need to wait until the right motor is received and a new appointment can be scheduled. Funny,that is what happened last month when the outdoor motor needed replacement. I think the "wrong motor excuse " is the lie they tell when they can't meet their commitments. The thing sorrier than the Trane AC system they sold me is Chas. Roberts themselves. Avoid them like the plague!
