I would rather crawl naked through a field of broken glass than have to deal with shopping for a teenager two days before school starts.
However, on that particular day it was very hot outside and I was not in the mood to bleed.
With that said I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to move around the store and pick up a few shirts, shorts and shoes for my child.
Upon checking out we met a checker named "Nestor" who exemplified what customer service was all about. This gentleman was professional and engaged us in small talk while quickly ringing us up. But not before first apologizing for the the long line that we had been standing in. Simply outstanding.
Kohl's is a great go to store.
