  • I have taken in my '13 Tiguan twice in the last 2 years, and I have been fortunate enough to work with Chris Kahrs both times. He's very considerate, taking the time to listen to your description of the issue, and he's realistic in his appraisal of the likely length of time and cost. He knows the cars and the repairs exceptionally well, and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you don't have to pay too much for the repair. He spent days negotiating with my extended warranty provider so that my repair bill went from over $4700 to less than $700! The only reason I haven't decided to switch cars is that I know Chris will watch out for me and help me take care of this car.
