  • Horrible customer service, way over priced. For $35 a month you can subscribe to YouTubeTV and get all the same channels. I cancelled my directv service, paid all outstanding fees. They said they would ship me a box to return the equipment, it never came. Instead they just sent me to collections without me even knowing for not having returned the equipment. Save yourself the headache and drop directv.
