| - Oh boy. Where do I start? Perhaps with the fact they NEVER follow through with their service orders? Or the fact you'll have to remind them repeatedly just to get them to do something simple like fixing the smoke alarm? The neighbors?
We had to put an order in for pest control, because of the fact we spotted 3 scorpions in the apartment. Not only did they refuse to look at our evidence, they claimed we would see them (pest control) the next morning, and no one even showed up. We had important stuff we had to do that day and waited all day for these people.
How absolutely ridiculous! Don't tell your residents that you will have something done if you aren't even going to bother!
They also have a bad infestation of little copper bugs crawling all over the place! How disgusting can you get?
They also do not bother to keep the grounds clean at ALL. There is constantly dog poop everywhere (people should pick it up, but they don't), and the trash blowing around, you'd think the place were an actual garbage dump.
If you have a problem with MJ smokers, stay out. They constantly leave notes on people's doors threatening to do something about the smokers/smell and do nothing.
When you leave, the also like to send you a lovely note that threatens to put you into collections if you don't pay them for damages you didn't even cause.
I.e. the carpet! They claimed the carpet in our apartment had animal urine all over it, which we know was a damn lie because the dog we had ALWAYS went outside and NEVER went to the bathroom inside. The representatives even saw us OUTSIDE WITH HIM ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS! And when we gave him to a no-kill place because he started to get aggressive, they STILL charged us pet rent even after we told them he was gone. P.S. the way they redo the apartment is cheap as fuck, so expect things to break down all the time. Sink/bathtub coating coming off in flakes, etc.
Oh, and if the smoke alarm goes off every time you try to use the oven, look inside and up top. Our oven would set the fire alarm off even without smoke billowing out, come to find out as we were moving, they had try to use industrial cleaner before we got here to clean it and instead of cleaning it completely out, it basically stuck to the top of the oven! It was unusable!
The neighbors are also up your ass constantly and are very loud and nosy as well as noisy! Always blasting their shitty music from their cars at midnight, acting like it's badass to wake people up who have to work the next day. If you're coming home late at night, don't expect to find a parking space; the spaces aren't assigned and your dickhead neighbors will have so many people over, you'd be lucky to find a spot ANYWHERE.
Not to mention the multiple shootings that have happened IN THE COMPLEX! If you are thinking you'd like to have your children here; DON'T. It is NOT family friendly.
TL;DR- they tell you they'll fix your issues but don't even write them down, so don't expect ANY help!
