  • Tonight I had the pleasure of enjoying Christine C's shortbread. I wish I had a photo to share as they were made from her grandma's moulds, but alas, I ate the baby up and she be gone. What impressed me the most about Christine's shortbread is that it tastes the same as my mom's. Very impressive. Most shortbread is dry and flaky. Not our Christine C's! It is buttery goodness. For those of you who couldn't make it out tonight to Hanoi 3 Seasons, we missed you, and you missed out on some yummy shortbread!!
