  • I wish I could leave 0 stars for Dr. Dalley and her staff. They are rude, never call back, and all around shady. Dr. Dalley told me I probably have cancer after taking one look at me. She did an extremely painful biopsy on me and come to find out I don't have cancer. My medical bills were extremely high so I contacted the office to set up a payment arrangement. Two months before I was set to pay them off, they sent me to collections for $30 more than I owed. I paid the original amount I owed and asked them to take the extra $30 off since it was their mistake sending me to collections since I had a payment arrangement. I was told that since the person who set up the payment plan with me didn't leave any notes and no longer worked there, I was basically SOL. Who sends someone who is making regular payments to collections?! Shady people, that's who! I will never recommend this office again, not even to my worst enemy.
