  • After seeing my posted review, Jerrell from Towbin Dodge messaged me to give him a call to see if we could speak about my experience in detail. He was very nice and apologetic. He understood why I was so upset and offered ways to remedy the situation. I didn't really expect any freebies as a result of my review, I just wanted to bring the expectation gap to their attention. I really do appreciate the fact that they responded to my review and have decided to change my rating because he was so attentive.
