  • Water wings at Durango has been great for my 6yr old daughter. When we enrolled her she was terrified of getting in water but with Ms. Jordan her confidence was built and she started learning the basics. She's since moved on the more advanced classes and currently is taught by Andrew and Jared. Here are the pluses: 1. Great teachers 2. Year round heated indoor pool 3. Small classes of 4 max kids per teacher 4. Lots of fun for the kids More than a year in and I still would recommend this school. New swim teachers have joined the weekend rotation but Andrew, Stephanie and Jared have been here all this time and still offering fun lessons. Today I observed how they handled scared or kids having a bad day and I'm amazed at their professional patience and how quickly the kids moods changed.
