  • On a day when I could not get anyone else to return my calls, Paul picked up, came over in less than an hour, and fixed the problem. More importantly, when I told him I really wanted to understand my system better, he was willing to tell me some important information - for example, when a pump stops working, often it just means the capacitor is out, which costs $45 rather than a $300 new pump. Paul is now my new pool repair guy!
