  • If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not buy anything from this company. I have now wasted 2 Saturday's waiting for them to deliver a bed. The first time I was given a delivery window of 1pm to 6pm. By 5:45 I called them and they told me it was going to be another half hour. So I rescheduled the delivery. Today my delivery window was from 10am-2pm. At 2:09 I called them and was told that it would be another hour to hour and a half. That the delivery people were running behind. At 3:30 I called back and was told it was going to be another hour and a half because of weather. What weather?! It's not even raining anymore. I asked to speak to a manager who gave me no resolution and when I tried to cancel my order I was told that all sales are final. She transferred me back to the delivery scheduler who told me I was next but it will still be an hour because I live so far away. I'm literally a 20 minute drive from their store. I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They are lying liars who don't know how to run a business. Terrible customer service.
