  • I started my process by contacting 5 companies of which 3 specialized in bathroom remodels and 2 were general contractors. I was looking to replace our prefab fiberglass tub/shower and have a walk-in shower designed for the needs of my 80-year old mother. This included a marble surround, glass sliders, bench, two grab bars and two shower heads of which one was hand held. By far, the salesperson with Silverado was the most professional and even better....their quote was the lowest! We probably would have selected Silverado to do the remodel even if they didn't have the lowest quote. Scheduling was a breeze, and their crew always showed up on time. The entire remodel would have been completed in one day if not for a faulty diverter from Delta. The construction crew was polite and did a fantastic job cleaning up and ensuring our house looked like they were never there! When they were finishing and painting drywall, they even went above and beyond by fixing some adjacent areas that were poorly finished by the builder. If I ever decide to remodel my master bath, I will gladly have Silverado do the job!
