  • Avoid this florist!!! Ordered a deluxe holiday bouquet for my fiancee. What arrived at her place of business was a bouquet about 1/3 the size of what was shown online. No babies breath, no carnations and only a small portion of the holiday filler (holly, pine) that was shown. He said he added an extra rose to make up for it all...what a joke! The owner refused to give me a store credit but offered to redeliver a bouquet that looked liked the advertised picture. After texting back and forth he again offered to redeliver. I said okay and that my fiancee would have the 1st bouquet there to exchange for the replacement. She waited all afternoon and no delivery. I am strongly considering filing a consumer complaint with the proper authorities. I have pictures of the advertised bouquet and what we actually received. The discrepancy looks like something from an SNL skit. The owner obviously doesn't care.
