  • This was a Steve Wynn Resort which always catches the richly deserved attention due to his sense of taste and luxury. But MGM owns it and it needs a makeover. The Las Vegas Sands and Wynn resorts are serious competition. WHAT I LOVE Dancing fountains but who doesn't. But more shows and less predictable music. Put up places to sit down outside for elderly and disabled too. WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT Take away the lake and you have dated elegance. Longest walks in Las Vegas I am a well heeled and well dressed and groomed young man. But have never felt welcomed or my gaming was appreciated. I talked to other guest and they agreed. Add a VIBE. It is not Paris and no one wants it to be. It's main mission is a Casino. On the Casino. One big boring box with no drink service and an atmosphere that screams "find spaceship and escape" Never rented a room but have stayed with new male friends and family. The renovations make the rooms feel like a claustrophobic funeral home! Must not talk or get comfortable. Staff is professional and well groomed but seem to have an invisible sign that says do not approach. CONCLUSION The cost to get Bellagio a vibe and welcoming are on staff and did the incredible 360 Degree makeover renovation of the MGM Grand! Copy them!
