Thought we'd get a bite in the bar for our first time trying Dominick's. Wow. Amazing wine by the glass list - the best I've seen in the Valley. Definitely worth hitting up this bar for a great glass of wine. It's a beautiful restaurant, too, with lots of dark wood and modern touches you expect in a fine steak house. That's where the good bar experience ends, though. The music they play is horrid. Please. I love the Bangles Manic Monday more than 90% of folks, but it's not something I want to hear when dropping this much money on a Saturday date night. Other tracks included such greats as Steve Miller and the Beatles...again, all outstanding artists, just not here and now. The music made me feel 90 years old. Customers were all dressed in shorts and t-shirts and would have fit in fine at Outback but not here. - Dominick's needs a dress code. It took forever to get a food menu and for the bartender to come take our orders, so we decided they weren't really set up for good bar food service and didn't want our steaks sitting at the window too long waiting to be delivered to us We walked over to Eddie V's bar to eat and enjoy their live music (where the customers were all far better dressed but the wine was not as good!)
