rev:text	Had an emergency in the evening where water would not shut off from the shower and the only interim solution was to shut off water to the entire house. Called another 24*7 plumber first only to be told there would be $175 trip charge, if they could even get there (could be hours) and then likely would not have the part to solve the issues and I would be charged regardless for that visit and if they had to come back next day to resolve. Call to Emergency Plumbing, LLC, the lady who answered was great, told me it would be under and hour for arrival, disclosed the trip charge (reasonable $85 for emergency). Sure enough Nick and Jared showed up in under an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple options to resolve (and were very upfront and honest about the options). They then went out to get the part that was needed, made the repair and turned back on the water to the house all within a couple hours total. Total cost seemed very reasonable to me as well especially in light of such great after-hours response/service. Nick and Jared were also highly professional, ensured that the job was done right, discussed how they resolved the issue (showing me the problem and the fix), provided the warranty, and were conscientious about cleaning up after as well as provided me a quick/easy automated way to pay (electronic receipt, etc.). This made a stressful situation much less stressful for my household. Thank you to Nick, Jared and Emergency Plumbing, LLC, you are officially my new plumbing service!
