If you're not use to an "Asian spa", then it'll be an interesting experience your first time. First off, you'll need to be comfortable in your own skin. The treatment are intense and Asian like... but still effective and professional. What's pretty cool is there's a common area upstairs for men and women to rest and relax a bit, and eat some good Korean BBQ. There's different rooms on the 2nd floor that's a totally unique experience. A red clay room, clay room, cold room, etc. Plan on spending at least 3-5 hours there for some R & R and detox your body.
