  • I make a point to review positively since Negative reviews are more common than positive, but my experience with Hyundai Centennial... Awful. First visit- first impression of car salesman, complete slob. I don't expect you to "dress to the nines" but a clean shirt would be good. When I'm buying a car I don't need sob stories about how bad you need this sale so you can put food on the table. Second visit- Hyundai had to be towed to location due to a system fail. They ordered the wrong part. Waited three days. Refused to find a loaner car. Third visit- six months later my Hyundai had the same issue as before. Obviously not fixed. Asked to speak with the director of maintenance. He never came out to speak with us. Took it to another Hyundai dealership. Who are far above and beyond better than this location Centennial dealerships just don't seem to be up to par. We bought a Mazda as well. Our experience their wasn't too good either. We bought a Hyundai from Bryan (who I think is at the Henderson location now) at Hyundai of Las Vegas located on Sahara. They are awesome! Very professional. Very helpful. Very knowledgable.
