  • Very disappointed with the way this place has gone downhill. I took my car in 2 years ago for an exhaust replacement. They got me in right away at a great price, and I was very happy with their service. Just a few months ago my wife took her SUV there for a power steering leak, thinking we would get the same great service. They had to keep her car for an extra day after we had to keep calling for an update. After they finally finished my wife went down there with our infant daughter, just to find out that they didn't bother test driving the car when they finished. There was an awful sound coming from the engine and a new service light appeared on the dash. My wife had to wait down there in the heat with the baby while they tried to see what was wrong. They basically said "Sorry, you need a new belt". Really? Didn't need a new belt when we walked in. Last week I decided to give them another chance and took my car in first thing on Saturday for an A/C check. I was told they were too busy and to come back first thing on Monday. I returned on Monday and was told they were too busy for me. After reminding them of my visit on Saturday they reluctantly looked at my car and said I have a water pump leak, and the repair would be $1,300+. I was SURE I didn't have a water pump leak so I took my car to another shop that afternoon (one I had used before and also trusted). They did a COMPLETE test on my water pump and confirmed I had NO leak. They replaced my thermostat and serpentine belt and $220 later my car is running perfect. I'm very disappointed in how this place turned out (and that they can't keep good mechanics). I really wanted to have a repair shop that I could say I trusted.
