rev:text	This place is way understaffed and its always the same You have to stand in line to get an IMAX ticket, when I got there I thought " good only three people in front of me" 25 minutes later I was absolutely ticked off that they only had one person working on selling tickets , it's a painfully wait and it's always like that, I don't think I've ever seen the escalator working , it's always down and the bathrooms are discus tingly dirty, now add another 15 minutes to get a drink and popcorn and you better make sure you are one hour early or you will be late. New IMAX seats are comfy and what can I say, IMAX is the only way to see some movies , but c'mon man get it together management , those brutal waits ruin the experience. Also impossible to get your money back if you book online and can't make it to the movie, don't do it if there is any chance you can't make it
