  • I was excited to try a new place close to home. I went in seeking a mani, pedi, and brow threading. When asked the wait, I was told 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I inquired with the owner/manager in regard to the wait. He apologized, brought me more wine, stated it won't be much longer; he then proceeded to ask which service requested was more important as the longer wait created a time crunch for me. One hour and ten minutes later, I had a pedi technician, finally!!! The pedi was good and the technician along with her colleagues were friendly. I got wrapped up with pedi and was brought into threading room. I wasn't impressed with the threading based on my experiences at my usual place (idolize); I was tweezed more than threaded. All in all, the facility is beautiful, hygenic, and friendly people. wine and mimosas were flowing. I wish the owner/manager would have been more upfront and realistic about the wait time. There was about 9/10 people in front of me and about 5 technicians. I understand new business and working out kinks. If in a crunch I'd go back for mani/pedi, but not threading.
