  • Called today on a whim (well, maybe not a whim, since we had a 3+ hour Internet outage this morning) to see about getting my bill lowered. Surprisingly, the rep I spoke with gave me two promotions, which I was not interested in. No, I do not want Showtime or phone service. About a minute later, she said she could get my bill down to $110.42 for the next year. I'm OK with that, that's 31 extra dollars I can use towards something else.
