  • The passport lady with poofy dirty blonde hair sucked the life out of me. I was so excited to apply for my first passport but she was so rude throughout every step of the process and acted annoyed any time I asked a question and I only asked two for clarification. Sorry to bother her. Also they made fun of my passport picture and wouldn't let me take a new one even though I told them I would pay again.
