  • This is hands down the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathrooms were filthy and the people across the hall complained of bed bug bites. I couldn't leave fast enough - a completely disappointing experience. The hotel also claimed to have room service and cable. There was no room service of any kind and the staff said it had been that way for months. We only received 2 TV channels and when we called down to ask for service on our TV, they said that just happens some times and there wasn't really anything they could do. Gross old hotel - not charming in any way.
