| - No option for no stars so they get one. I too am uncertain as to how this place can stay in business. I visited the showroom and was greeted and helped by the general manager. I was able to find exactly what I wanted, unfortunately it was not in stock. The GM sent me to another store across town that he said would definitely have it available. After driving 20+ miles to get there, they did not have the flooring available. I then called back to the store and got someone on the phone that I thought was the GM, it wasn't, but he was willing to help me. He asked that I text him the details and he would get back to me within 1/2 day. The next day came and no response, so I texted him back for status. Another day passes so I called back to the store. As it turns out the guy's name is Russ and he is the owner (I had no idea). I spoke with him and told him that I really needed details on what I wanted to order as I needed to purchase ASAP. He flat out told me that I was at the bottom of his priorities and he hung up on me! Not knowing that he was the owner, I immediately called back to get the GM to tell him what happened. He told me that Russ was the owner and apologized profusely. The GM said he would take care of me and that I was a priority. Again, days go by with continued delays for the pricing info I requested. I should qualify that my request was for ONE box of flooring (25 sq ft) and really was not complicated. When I finally get a response, the GM tells me that their shop had lost power over the last couple of days. I understand accidents happen, but he could have called or texted me that when he was supposed to deliver the quote. Cell phones work without power from his shop! Finally I get info on the product: the GM says his distributor told him that the flooring is discontinued!!!
As it turns out that was a lie, as I was able to order the flooring from their competitor and will have it in a couple of days.
So to sum it all up: the owner said I was not a priority, and then the GM showed me exactly that. Save yourself a headache and avoid this place.
