  • I was so excited for Chik-fil-A to come to Madison because I have heard so many good things about this fast food joint. I am honestly not impressed. I have gone a couple of times since they opened and the fries and chicken are always soggy, no crunch. I can't handle it. Their chick-fil-A sauce is delicious but can it be made at home. Their lemonade is good but it's served in Styrofoam cups :-( The customer service is good but I won't be returning.
