  • This office was great. First of all the office staff was friendly and helpful. They set aside emergency appointments every day for those in pain, which was just what I needed. When I got to the office I was nervous to get the procedure done due to several bad reactions I have had with the medication. When I expressed my concerns to Dr. Hales he was understanding and seemed aware and knowledgeable of how the drugs can affect me. But most of all he was confident! It makes a big difference when someone makes you believe they are capable of doing it, and doing it well, and that's just what he did. He seems to have a lot of experience and expertise. So if you are a little bit nervous, go see him. Everything went great and the pain was very minimal.
