  • My wireless stopped working completely. This has been an ongoing battle to keep the connection. I've had others look at it but they couldn't figure out the problem. I arranged for a home visit and he was right on time (and that is usually rare with home services). He was polite, listened to my lengthy non-technical story AND fixed it. They're were also a few quirky things going on with my pc that he fixed. Everything was fixed in less than an hour. Charges were extremely reasonable. Ive paid a lot more when I had to bring the PC in at other companies. I was very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend if you want service done fast and right the first time.
