| - I asked for an easy haircut, and it turned out fine, but the service was terrible. They had a promotion through Belly to give you a free cut. When I clicked the button to get the deal, it told me I was on a waiting list, which was really inconvenient, because me and my fiancé we're going to be conveniently in the area within the hour. It took a day to get off the wait list, and by then I wasn't in the area any more. But, the deal would expire within three days. No big deal, because I could go there Tuesday during my lunch break, right? No. I showed up, and they told me it was a 20 minute wait because one person was ahead of me. Ok. 35 minutes later, after doing the one person ahead of me and one person who walked in 10 minutes after me, I get to sit down. The apron was a bit tight around my neck, which wasn't a big deal until my stylist kept pulling at it by accident while combing my hair, and each time it would yank at my neck. I asked her to loosen it, but she kept yanking it by accident. Finally, the stylist told me that I missed a lot of spots when I tried to dye my own hair, and that if I wanted to get it done professionally, there was a 30% off all services on Thursdays through March. No thanks; I'm not getting my hair dyed by someone who tells bluntly I missed spots. She could have said something nice like, "That's a nice color on you!" But instead she decided to say that a few patches in the back were still brown and not blonde. I won't be returning.
