  • This department is full of Rogue Cops. Mike Trillo is one of them. When I was 19 my friend stole beer from Smitty's and I went into the store to talk to him. I was cooperating with him fully and he body slammed me and stuck his knee into my neck then charged me with resisting arrest when he never even told me I was under arrest. This guy should be shot.
