This salon is around the corner from my house, very convenient and I patronized them for several years, however I have changed salons for a couple of reasons. There is one tech who sits in the far left corner behind the cash register who simply is more interested in everything else going on in the salon except her customer. Talking, looking around, answering her phone and even excusing herself from her chair during a service. I always feel like she "rushes" to get to the next customer and the end result is a half assed manicure. They handle their customers on a rotation and I am not the kind of person to say "I don't want her", so I just stopped going there. Reika (I hope I spelled that right) is a great choice, she takes her time and is a sweetheart but I am a walk-in kind of customer and she is always busy. The other issue is the constant "gossiping" that is very evident among the staff. Even though I don't understand the language; tone, gestures and facial expressions are universal and create an uncomfortable environment. Sorry guys, gotta move on.......
