  • Long lines. You have 12 terminals for check in but LESS THAN HALF are open. 100s of people in line and staff yelling at one end of the line while customers at the other end haven't a clue what is being said. Mayhem Mayhem Mayhem. Delayed flights appears to be their normal.mode of function. Some departing gates have about 20 seats. People standing everywhere & on the floor.
