  • As a coffee-crowned Madison royal, it feels sort of strange to rate MOKA this high - 4 stars...ONLY because of my perception of the venue way back when it first opened. I don't visit often because it's drive-thru and walk-in only, but over time, MOKA has sweetened its way into my caffeinated rolodex. If the drive-thru is busy, backed-up, a staffer comes outside, even in the middle of a brutal Wisconsin winter(!), to take rolling orders, so your beverages are ready upon payment - this is fantastic! Prices are a-ok and staff is very, very friendly and helpful. They are quite chatty, asking about your day, commenting on the weather, current events, etc. While it's not on my way to work, especially because I don't own a vehicle, I would happily stop at MOKA again and again!
