The few staff I have encountered at this location are quite rude and unfriendly. What happened to greeting customers and smiling? Especially Brittany- an egotistical girl that hasn't matured enough to be called a woman- and sure as heck should not be working with the public. She was extremely childish, unaccountable, and mean spirited who should be thankful to even have a job. What a nasty individual and I'm sure will be a HR nightmare. Its sad to believe that her attitude probably trickles down from the management; Starbucks has been on a downward slope for quite some time now. In terms of staff training on humanity and general friendliness, this company has a lot to learn about consistency.
