  • I wish I would have read the reviews before booking this hotel. The tv in our room wasn't working I called around 11:40 pm to let the front desk girl the tv in our room wasn't working and she said she would send someone to fix it. I waited about 30minutes and nobody showed up. I was able to fix it myself while I was waiting for someone to come and fix it. I was nice enough to call her to let her know I had fixed the issue myself and that she didn't have to send somebody to come and fix it. She must've misunderstood me because she said that I would have to wait because they were really busy. I repeated myself and told her that no I don't need anybody to come because I had fixed it myself. She then just said "okay" and hung up!
