  • YES, poke for the win. The reviews are true. This place is great. If you are a sushi addict and want to try something a little different go for the poke. Had both the salmon with special sauce and the tuna with spicy avocado. Both large chunks of super fresh fish in large portion for the price and addictive sauces. This is going to be my new addiction. And for those not so sure about poke the shop is attached to Island Sushi for your regular sushi cravings. Be warned: we went to this place around noon on a weekday and it was PACKED and a little bit chaotic. There were people everywhere looking for a table, waiting for food at tables, waiting for to-go orders. The people working there were all very nice and friendly and it seemed to be going pretty fast. They are clearly used to the rush. Also, really nice that you can just order and pay for to-go poke-only orders at the deli counter, thus bypassing the longer main order line.
