  • I am very upset with this company . On the phone we explained our line was on the roof and what the issue was . I was given a price for the estimate work .. very detailed too and when they came it was much more money. Plus They said they could not go on the roof because of Osha ok I said never mind I will look else where because I don't do Bussinrss like this. I have lived here 32 years and I have had plumbing by someone and I already knew that doing it in the toilet and not on the roof would not work . He wanted an initial for nothing I said no . I'm not signing anything . When I'm not having you work since the price is different . He said " what are you People Fxxxkxxg Crazy !" I can not believe an employee would speak to me like this Disrespectful!! This is not appropriate behavior at all. My son was there and he asked the guy are you having a bad day to the employee? We went back in the house and my son called the manager of the company . Manager didn't seem to care .
