  • Scheduled on line. Till I got there, they told me they don't have enough things to do the waxing and asked to me reschedule. I spent an hour and half to get there while they didn't even bother to call me and let me know that they cancelled my appointment. The excuse is "Boss didn't bring enough stuff." And when I tried to call the "BOSS" for millions times, no one pick up the phone. And I was been told "Yes, she is like that. She is busy all the time and never pick up the phone." So, what's the purpose of set up a phone number. Anyway, i haven't done the waxing. But the service is really bad. One of the worst.
